Community Service at Eastside

Community Service has become an integral part of an Eastside education, with school-wide community service events such as the annual California Coastal Cleanup Day and local tree planting with Canopy.

Some students are also members of an extra-curricular club called Step By Step, which coordinates several school-wide community service days each school year, and has won a Jefferson Award for providing oustanding community service.
